Art for Health and Wellbeing for Children


I have offered art sessions for children in London for over 2 years. My art session is not to teach artistic skills but to let children express themselves and unfold their creativity in safe environment.

Wet on wet painting eases breathing and maintain rhythm and balance. Colours work on their feelings and emotions. Drawing strengthens concentration and focusing, while clay modelling helps grounding and connecting with physical body. As a result of regular creative activities, children develop resilience to deal with reality and naturally heal their stress and frustration.

Personal sessions are customised to meet individual needs. Workshops in a small group and school visits are also available. Please contact for details.
